Yes, I am ready to go back to the gym tonight. I do feel sore, but it isn't too bad. I went 20 minutes of cardio and about 10 minutes of upper body light weights. I bet that sounds like I barely worked out, but trust me I felt it in my thighs and tummy. I did crunches when I woke up this morning. I just about threw up because I am not used to alot of physical activity in the morning. I got through it and I hope to make it a part of my daily routine.
More changes are on the way for Craig and I in our home. We have decided to get rid of cable. There are three parts to this decision: The first one is that we upgraded our internet which will cost more money. The second is that a majority of the things we would watch are online. The last reason is turning off the cable would make one less place where I can stuff my face with food when I am bored! I will admit that it will be different. I think that we are both ready for that.
