Okay so I am a starting to feel good again. Last night after work I went for a light walk around the track with Emily, Craig, Matt and Chris. It felt good, but wished I could have walked faster and longer. I want to make up for the three days of exercise that I missed. I know that that's not possible without comprising the progress that I have made in rehydrating myself after losing so much water. Anyway, I am getting more energy and that's the main issue.
Craig's new job is good. He does a couple of mail routes on campus. Yesterday he was telling me about a route named the "stair route". Basically, it's 34 flight of stairs! He will do this a couple times a week. If that doesn't whip him into shape I don't know what will. When he's not working at Pizza Hut in the evenings you can usually find Craig walking/jogging on the high school track. When it's not so great outside he will go to the student rec center. I am very happy that he has started to exercise. It so good for you. We need to take care of these bodies that God gave us. We need to be good stewards of what God has allowed us have.
