Spring...

I love Spring! I like feeling that sense of renewal and newness. In the spring, I think about all the things that I would like to accomplish now and into the summer. To be honest the subject of motherhood has been on my mind a lot lately. I think of my mother and how she raised my brother and I. It's funny how we spend so much time in our culture preventing pregnacy and when we want to get pregnant we want it to happen soon. I defintely fall in the second group. I have been reading and researching about everything to do with pregnancy for months. I am not an expert, but I do want to be informed. My next step is going to the doctor and get a check up to see if we may encounter any potential problems surrounding pregnancy. Craig and I are not quite ready to get pregnant yet, but I want to make sure that we are on the right track to start a family in the next year or two. We know that my weight will be an issue, but I also know that I have made alot of progress towards weight loss since February. We shall see what the Lord has planned for us.
