I've had a lot of things on my mind today. I am worried about how things might turn out at the end of the semester for Craig. He's got a lot on his shoulders with work and everything. I pray that things go way that he wants them to. The director of where I work found out that her father is in the hospital and will have open heart surgery this afternoon. Another co-worker had some dizzy spells this morning and hopes to be in by this afternoon. Yes, it has been a Debbie Downer Day, but there is always a silver linning in the clouds.
I came into my office this morning and saw a beautiful arrangement of flowers on my desk. Apparently it's Administrative Assistant Day so my boss gave them to me! Let me tell you that it definitely helped me feel better about Craig's situation as well as the other people in my office. My silver linning came in the way of flowers and ku candles as pictured above.
Some of the other things that are on my mind have to do with our close friends. I have many friends that are getting married, graduating and applying for new jobs. It's not an easy time and I hope that things come together for them. Craig and I love them dearly.
