Wii Fit


I will admit that Craig and I were skeptical of this game. My original thought was here we go another material thing for people to waste their money on. As it turns out Wii Fit is fun and actually helps you lose weight if you play it regularly. Craig tried it for thirty minutes on Tuesday and the next day he felt a little sore because he worked muscles he doesn't use the much. In the last 5 days I lost 2.2 lbs, which I thought was awesome. I don't know if it's my current diet that's helping or that I am doing wii fit in addition to my 3-4 days of exercise per week. Craig's weight stayed the same, which could be for any number of reasons. He gets alot of walking in six days a week because of his two jobs and he also walks around the neighborhood with me a few time a week so I wonder why he didn't lose much weight? Anyway...I hope to blog more about wii fit in the future.
