Haven't been here much


I haven't blogged for a while. I have started a weight loss program called sparkpeople. It's online and it's amazing. So far I have lost .8 lbs (almost one pound) and I started on Tuesday. I have a few basic goals for now such as drink 8 glasses of water ( I am nursing and I should be doing this anyway...)and walk for at least 15 minutes daily. I want to start small and then make larger changes in the future. I am really excited about finally making some healthy changes!
