A message for this holiday season

I can not even begin to say how much God has changed my life through the people of ECC.

I started attending regularly January 24th of this year. I became a member in March and was baptized for the second time in April. I co-lead a large growth group in October and was a member of four other small groups since January.

I finally learned to manage my finances. We still struggle with staying on budget every once in a while, but I am so thankful we have a budget!

I have made friends this year the I have waited my whole life for. People who you can trust to be there when I need them to encourage me on my journey through life.

My relationship with my hubby has been pretty solid since we were married three years ago, but I feel that this year our love has grown by leaps and bounds. We talk more and enjoy being in each other's company.

I am not gonna lie...lots of crappy stuff happened in 2010 mostly drama with friends and family. At some point you have to remember that life happens and that you can't get the time back you wasted playing games.

For 2011, I pray for God to take over even more parts of my life and that is my New Year resolution.
