I like to move it or will like to move it.

Feeling inspired by friends, family, co-workers and my hubby to formally start a new health lifestyle change. Since Sophia turned 1 in September I have lost a total of 20lbs through all the gaining and losing of weight. It's not much physically especially for a 5'9 girl.



So...this summer nothings gonna hold me back! I have eating some what under control (not perfect by any means). I need to add a very important element....EXERCISE! So this weekend I started with walking with weights and yoga. The walking felt great with the weight and the yoga totally kicked my butt. I hope to add running, dancing, and Pilates into the mix by the end of the summer.

So excited that my hubby will be getting back in shape right along with me. I think that it will make it that much easier to stay focused.
