Peanut Butter Pork or Chicken

I came up with this idea when I thought I didn't have anything in the house to make. I just put a bunch of stuff together that sounds good. Craig and I love Asian inspired food so this was easy and pretty fast to make...not to mention cheaper. We eat this about once a week and even our three year old likes it!


Okay so you need these items:




2 pounds of cut chicken or pork in cubes
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
2-4 tablespoons of soy sauce
1/4 a cup of honey
spices for taste cloves, cinnamon, paprika, black pepper, nutmeg (I don't know the exact amounts..I just use what tastes good)

cook the peanut butter, soy sauce and honey first in the pan for about 10 minutes on high, then add the chicken and the rest of the spices until done.

It is great with broccoli and rice!
