How I feel: sluggish and headachey. I seriously would have a dessert (cookie, brownie, ice cream, muffin, etc) at least once a day if not more. I think that my body is slowly weaning itself off of all that sugar.
Changes in diet: I added more fiber, water, fruits and veggies.
Changes in my heart: I pray alot. I pray when I am tempted. I pray when I overcome an obstacle.
Weight Changes: Again losing weight isn't the main goal, but it is something that I am concerned about. Since last week I have dropped 4 lbs. Yay God!
Can't wait to see what the next few weeks hold!
