Long time since my last post. I dropped out of the weight loss challenge at work because I realized that my weight isn't the problem it a symptom of a problems I have been dealing with for some time now. Last week I took some healthy steps toward feeling like myself and they seem to be working. I am sleeping six to eight hours each night. I also feel like I have my emotions in check. I am happy to be at 250 and hope to get to my goal of under 200 by the end of the year.
