Started with a few presents from Santa for each kiddo. Sophia got roller skates, tiny doll house and a ballerina music box. Langston got cars and trucks. They were both surprised and happy. Langston cracked me up because he immediately started to tear into his gifts, while Sophia carefully opened hers and made guesses as to what they were.
We made a trip over to Nana and Papa's for more gift opening and festive foods. I had to take a nap from all the fun. We returned later in the afternoon for leftovers and more holiday fun.
We are seeing other friends and family over the weekend. I love the holidays.
